Plant Unit

The year in kindergarten science ended with a unit about plants. Students used science notebooks to record observations of plants, and answer questions about what a plant is and what they need to survive. Check out more pictures from this unit here.

Healthy Habits

Kindergartners just finished a unit about health. Students learned important ways to keep their body healthy. They learned that washing hands, drinking water, eating healthy, and exercising are all ways that they can help their body stay healthy. At the end of the unit, students made commercials to show what they learned about being healthy.
